Malacothamnus fasciculatus, commonly known as Chaparral Bushmallow, is a flowering shrub in the mallow family, endemic to southwestern California and northwestern Baja California. This hardy plant thrives in chaparral and coastal sage scrub habitats. It produces clusters of soft, hairy, gray-green leaves and delicate pink to lavender flowers that bloom in spring and summer.
