Salix exigua, also called Coyote Willow or Narrowleaf Willow, is a deciduous shrub native to North America. It has narrow, lance-shaped leaves and produces catkins in spring. Coyote Willow is highly adaptable and can grow in a variety of soil conditions. It is often used in riparian areas, wetland restorations, or naturalistic landscapes.
