The Site Analysis is a documented review of your land including an aerial property overview with a key and descriptions, a descriptive list of beneficial plants, problem plants, suggested plants, and any relevant zoning/watershed/soil/cultural/IUCN information. It will guide all future LandFirst™ Designs and management decisions. What to expect during my Site Analysis? Time frame is approximately 30 minutes per acre. We will tour your property together discussing objectives, collecting information on infrastructure, natural features, biology, and personally educating attendees about the site's natural details. We kindly request that all invested parties are present. Please have all relevant plans or surveys accessible. By scheduling included parties' consent to have the Site Analysis video and audio recorded.
